Thanks for coming out and partying with us! We know of no other experience that rivals our awesome boat parties for unadulterated semi naked summer fun. We know you have a lot of choices for your entertainment dollars, so we are pumped you chose to rock out with us!
This FAQ should answer most if not all of your concert cruise questions. If we missed anything feel free to email rockondan at gmail dot com with any questions you have.
Advance tix (if there are any left) stop selling 5 minutes before departure time day of show. Any remaining tix are available at the Box Office starting at 60 minutes before departure time CASH ONLY. There are a bunch of ATMs in the area. If you bought in advance they will be either TICKETFAST or MAILED TO YOU depending on your choice of delivery when you purchased. If you are on the guest list, you must pick up your tix prior to boarding the boat. No ticky no boardie!
The bar on the boat is CASH ONLY as well, there is an ATM on the boat, it works “most” of the time, so your best bet is to come with your wallet loaded! There’s hot dogs and chips as well for your munching pleasure.
If your cruise is on the Provincetown II there are many food options available on that boat.
Don’t forget to tip like there’s no tomorrow, those bartenders hustle for you!
RAIN OR SHINE
Don’t be a wus, we go out in the rain and it’s fun! We will not issue refunds for inclement weather unless it’s a severe storm warning and the Coast Guard sez don’t go out.
WHERE TO GO
Our cruises, are on Mass Bay Lines or Bay State Cruise Provincetown II. Please consult your ticket or confirmation sheet to ensure you are on the correct boat in the correct location.
MASS BAY LINES
Cruises board at 60 Rowe’s Wharf Boston MA. Here is a map:
Mass Bay Lines is NOT the company by the Aquarium or by the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion, it’s by the Boston Harbor Hotel. It’s really gonna suck if you go to the wrong place and wind up late!
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR MASS BAY LINES CRUISES
Mass Bay Lines is closest to South Station on the Red Line, or Aquarium on the Blue Line. We highly recommend taking public transportation so you can get as loaded as you want without endangering the driving population!
PARKING FOR MASS BAY LINES CRUISES
There is $10 parking at International Place garage directly across the street from Mass Bay Lines. $10 is a steal.
BAY STATE CRUISES PROVINCETOWN II
Bay State Cruises is NOT the company by the Aquarium or by the Boston Harbor Hotel, it’s by the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion. It’s really gonna suck if you go to the wrong place and wind up late!
Here is a map:
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR PROVINCETOWN II CRUISES
Bay State Cruises is closest to South Station on the Red Line, and a short walk down Seaport BLVD, at 200 Seaport BLVD, and boards at the World Trade Center Dock. We highly recommend taking public transportation so you can get as loaded as you want without endangering the driving population!
PARKING FOR PROVINCETOWN II CRUISES
There are several lots in the area around the World Trade Center.
BOARDING FOR ALL CRUISES
The boat begins boarding 45 minutes prior to departure time. YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET TO BOARD THE BOAT EVEN IF YOU ARE ON THE GUEST LIST. NO TICKIE NO BOARDY! Please have your tickets ready to scan. If you have TICKETFAST TICKETS you may print them out or have them cued up on your phone ready to scan. If you have hard tickets have them ready as well. Guest list pickup is at the box office next to the boat. Arrive early to be first in line so you can get your first drink faster! Note about TICKETFAST tickets: Please be very careful about who you email tickets to. Once a ticket is scanned it cannot be used again so if you’ve shared tickets with friends please ensure you share only the tickets for them. We cannot issue refunds for incorrect tickets.
DEPARTURE TIMES FOR ALL CRUISES
The boat departs at its scheduled departure time SHARP. Please consult your ticket or confirmation sheet for boarding and departure times as they vary from cruise to cruise. Don’t be late, you do not want to be that dude or gal who watches the party float away. If you miss the boat you will not be eligible for a refund, and since we are on the boat ourselves you won’t even get a sympathy hug! Don’t be late! The waterfront is a busy section of town so plan on being in traffic or take public transportation.
BRING YOUR ID
You MUST have a valid ID to get on the boat. We have no control over that, it’s a state law. Don’t be that knucklehead who forgot their ID, you will not be eligible for a refund, though if you are cute you may be eligible for a sympathy hug.
SECURITY PAT DOWN
You will be subject to a security pat down. Ladies they may ask to look in your handbags. They absolutely WILL look inside your cigarette packs to check for Spliffs. If you have any contraband (drugs, weapons, flasks) or outside drinks they will be confiscated and you probably won’t get them back. Drugs are bad mmm’kay stick ’em where the sun don’t shine or expect them to be confiscated. Check out The Locksmith Boss.
PARTY HARD BUT PARTY SMART
What happens on the boat stays on the boat, but pace yourself, be kind to your fellow Concert Cruisers, and above all have a great time!
